All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

We offer a 14-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

Return Requirements:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and gift box must be included
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Receive Authorization: We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization number
3. Ship Your Return: Carefully package the item and send it to the address provided
4. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Absolutely! We're happy to help you find the perfect piece. To exchange an item:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
• Let us know which item you'd like instead
• We'll provide return instructions and reserve your new item
• Once we receive your return, we'll ship your new item right away

If there's a price difference, we'll either charge or refund the difference accordingly.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow:

• Inspection: 1-2 business days to inspect the returned item
• Processing: 3-5 business days to process the refund
• Bank Processing: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depends on your bank)

To find your perfect bracelet size:

1. Wrap a flexible measuring tape around your wrist just above the wrist bone
2. Note the measurement in centimeters
3. Add 1-2 cm for a comfortable fit

Common sizes:

• Small: 15-16 cm
• Medium: 17-18 cm
• Large: 19-20 cm

If you don't have a measuring tape, use a piece of string and measure it against a ruler. When in doubt, go slightly larger!
