• Express Shipping (9.99): 1-2 business days
• Free Shipping on orders over 50: 3-5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any damage to the carrier immediately.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your MINUdesign jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags and packaging
